The VRP is a Moulding machine with integrated kynematics, exploiting a centripetal translation principle, generated by an angular/circumferential movement.
This realisation allows to obtain at the same time both the movementation of the mould and the mechanical block of the entire system for curing.
The multisegmented (8 or more) container is integral part of the machine and therefore the mould portion affects only the tread segments and sidewalls.
The mould heating can be made either by steam or by electricity. It is foreseen to manage any liquid or gaseous fluid inside the tyre.
Another important characteristic of the machine is the complete and integrated management of the Green Tyre which is kept perfectly centred and alligned from the moment of the loading until the complete shaping inside the mould.
