This is an “intelligent” buffing machine which reproduces the outline of the casing without a template by memorizing it in a computer having a capacity of over 680 programs.
The special ‘TOUCH SCREEN’ system makes the operation easier proposing to the operator, time by time, on the screen, only the necessary keys. If the informations are correct, the buffing machine shapes each casing without leaving any trace of the original pattern, without damaging the plies.
The machine’s high storage capacity allows a variety of programs to be filed for each tyre size, in order to allow for the different specifications of the different brands of casing and for other variables. The system is functional even for small lots.

REGROOVING BUILDERS MACHINES

FCT 850 - It is an electronic sidewall stitching machine whose aim is to apply the rubber to the sidewalls of the tyres to be retreaded. It is equipped with a microprocessor that gives all data regarding the rubber band stitched on the sidewall and automatically controls its cutting.

The machine, thanks to a set of interchangeable expanding chucks, makes it possible to apply the sidewall rubber to tyres of several sizes. The easy to understand control panel is studied to give to the operator the possibility to work with the highest productivity.
