The presses of the CONE line, specifically designed to retread radial casing, allow to retread any other kind of casing, too. The movements of the press are hydraulic and are controlled by a built-in gear box.
The steel segments (container) slide with a perfectly radial movement on brass guides located on the press basement.
These segments are mechanically locked by a conical belt while the press is curring.
All operating phases are fully automatic.
The mold heating can be made by steam, electricity or other diathermic fluids.
Configuration tube type, tubeless or bladder.
The inflation can be made with gas, with a steam-air combination or with hot water.
