The Radial Pneus curing presses allow to hot cure tyres with any type of casing (radial and bias).
The system is based on the radial movement of the segments on guides located on the lower plane which during the curing phase are locked by a belt.
The heating can be made by electricity, diathermic oil or steam, while the inflation can be by air, steam, circulating or static hot water, or nitrogen.
In case of inflation by circulating hot water, the R.P. line presses can be manufactured with quick drain system allowing to reduce the time to open the press at the end of the cure.
The main configurations are tubeless, with bladder or curing tube.
Tubeless presses can be predisposed to work with curing tube, allowing to properly cure those casings where a lot of internal repairs are necessary. By adding special tube operation rims to the tubeless configured mouds, you can work with both options.
Starting from a diameter smaller than 600 millimeters of the RP0, up to a maximum diameter of 2150 mm of the RP9, the Radial Pneus line covers any size requirement.
A new cavity size RP 10, will soon be available, to run up to size 2400 R 35.
Each type of machine can be manufactured with different segment height, depending on the requirements of the customers.
The curing times vary depending on the tread depth and type of compound used, but also on the inflation fluid used.
