CIRCULATING HOT WATER SYSTEM FOR RETREADING
|
THE PLANT WAS CONCEIVED WITH THE AIM OF ALLOWING A CONSIDERABLE REDUCTION OF CURING TIMES WHICH, ADDED TO THE ALREADY WELL KNOWN ADVANTAGES OF HOT WATER, ENSURES A BETTER AND COSTANT QUALITY OF RETREADED TYRES.
The steel tank tested at 20 bar, which capacity is proportional to the dimension of the tyre retreading plant, can be heated by steam, electricity or diathermic oil. The tank is equiped with all devices necessary to its correct operation, such as: devices to adjust water level, pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressurizating devices, safety valves, by-pass, etc. For the pressurization CIMA suggests to use an insert gas like nitrogen. The system is equiped with thrust pump, circulatin pumps and recovery pumps. All of them are available in twins working one at a time, to allow to keep the system running even in case of failure or maintenance of one of the pumps. The main parts composing the system are:
Consumption - 1500 lt tank
Performances – 1500 lt tank
Available with 1500lt to 3000lt heat exchanger capacity |

NITROGEN HEATING SYSTEM FOR HEATING OF RETREADING AND NEW TYRES CURING PRESSES
|

|
CIMA developed a modular heated nitrogen system for inflation with a circulating flow suitable for tyre retreading and new tyre curing presses.
NITROGEN IS AN INERT GAS AND GUARANTEES THE MAXIMUM UNIFORMITY AT HIGH PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE (230 °C - 24 bar). The high pressure and temperature assure the perfect adherence of the green tyre with the mould segments during cure. For the pressurization CIMA suggests to use an insert gas like nitrogen. The system is equiped with thrust pump, circulatin pumps and recovery pumps. All of them are available in twins working one at a time, to allow to keep the system running even in case of failure or maintenance of one of the pumps. The main features:
High performances, minimum maintenance, versatility |
