This CNC driven extruder uses a 5 axis strip application group with calendering rollers and strip supporting device, for a perfect control of the rubber strip application.
"Cold feed" pin type extruder screw and 4 zones of temperature control.
Comparison on PLC screen of the buffed casing profile and final build casing dimension for an optimum and consistent tyre building final result.
