The complete OT.R. and Truck tyres retreading plant bought by STEVIN ROCK L.L.C - RAS AL KHAIMAH (U.A.E.), one of the biggest quarries in the world, has been working now for more than one year.

O.T.R. tyre sizes retreaded are:

27.00R49 - mould cure - CIMA PRESS Mod. RP 11 TUBELESS system and mould

18.00R33 - mould cure - CIMA PRESS Mod. RP 9H TUBELESS system and mould

Other O.T.R. tyre sizes - retreaded in Autoclave in Smooth & Groove system with our Buffing/Peeling/Grooving  machine Mod. CI-MAXI 51

Truck tyre size retreaded

12.00R24 - mould cure - CIMA PRESS Mod. RP 5,3 Bladder system - with 2 moulds

CIMA IMPIANTI PROVIDED THE COMPLETE PLANT INCLUDING EXTRUDER BUILDERS, AUXILIARIES EQUIPMENT etc.

Next steps will be the delivery in November 2015 of a new CIMA PRESS Mod. RP 10 TUBELESS system with 4 moulds:

Moulds for O.T.R. tyre sizes 24.00R35, 35/85R33, 29.5R25 and 26.5R25

which will bring this plant to be one of the biggest private investments in the world of O.T.R. tyre retreading of the last 5 years.
